Where are you located?
The property is at 528 South Polk Drive, Sarasota, Fl 34236
What is a guest room?
A guest room is like a normal hotel room, except a little smaller. It has a queen size bed, a private bath room, a table and chairs, air conditioning, cable TV and wifi. The room is about 200 square feet.
Do the rooms have kitchens?
All the rooms except the Guest Rooms have full kitchen. The kitchens are fully stocked with all utensils, pots and pans and silverware.
Who supplies the towels and linens?
We provided all the towels and linens during your stay.
Where is the Beach?
The beach is a short walk from the property. The walk is about 1 1/2 blocks.
What is St. Armands Circle and where is it?
St. Armands Circle is a famous outdoor shopping area, it features over 100 shops and restaurants. The circle is about 2 blocks from the property
What time is check in/check out?
Check in is 3:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m., we are usually pretty flexible if possible with these times.
Check in procedures?
On the second floor of the property, there is a sign that says "guest information", below the sign there is a mailbox, inside the mailbx there will be a note witht the guest's name with check in instructions.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all the rooms have air conditioning.
Are pets permitted?
Sorry, pets are not permitted
Is smoking allowed?
Smokng is not allowed in any of the room. However, there are smoking areas on the property
How close is the airport?
Sarasota Airport is about 7 miles away. Tampa Airport is about 60 miles away
